The name is the spanish word for “Crown” given the shape of the pastry on the top that resembles the spikes of a crown. A very traditional pastry, even though less known, it is an underrated option to accompany your morning coffee with.

The tres leches cake here is out of this world! Perfectly moist and not too sweet. I ordered one for my son's birthday and everyone was asking for the recipe. Also tried the flan and it was creamy and delicious. This is now my go-to for desserts!
