and the different "styles" are due in part to the fact that in
1690 the City Council ordered each baker to "mark" their bread to
know its manufacturer in case of lack of weight or quality.

crave for that aroma of freshly baked pastries and a basket of
bread every afternoon at home, and we are here to fulfill that
wish.
All our products are made by hand every day, the bakers begin their day very early every morning to be able to have hot bread, made fresh to you every single morning. The bread is made in our bakeries from the beginning to the end.
